While oat straw is a calcium powerhouse and infused with protein and minerals such as silica, which with its high levels, will benefit your body by creating healthier looking skin, nails, bones and hair. The bar is also packed with vitamins A, C, E and B5. So a naturally smarter option to use instead of a lower branded bar, which might be packed with more chemicals and lead to dryness or irritation afterwards. You are able to use this bar daily and all over the body to clean and cleanse.
